Michael has been with Habitat DC-NOVA since March 2020 and serves as the Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations. He works in close collaboration with the CEO, other senior staff, board members, as well as program, construction, and communication staff to expand and enhance institutional fundraising and the strategic goals of the organization.

As a successful development professional, Michael has extensive fundraising experience at the national, regional, and local levels. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s Degree in Theology and Church History from the Lexington Theological Seminary.

Michael believes that homeownership gives families financial and emotional stability, and plays a vital role in helping to build strong communities. From providing social stability to fueling our economy, homeownership is vital to our personal and national success.
