Biography

Andeana Gaither a Financial Consultant who was educated in the Washington, D.C. and Prince Georges County School Systems, Graduated from University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Administration. With over 30 years of experience in accounting, human resource management, office management which includes daily accounting transactions, payroll, financial statements, supervising staff, administering benefits, financial and operational audits, and accounting software systems for 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and nonprofit organizations.

Having over 7 years of Nonprofit experience and wanting to give back to the community has led her to a position as Assistant Controller at Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Andeana’s background and experience has allowed her to utilize her skills in her current role. Having the desire to serve and recently being blessed to purchase HER first home in 2020 made the decision to work at Habitat for Humanity an easy one. Becoming a homeowner was not just a dream come true but a reality, in and of itself, is one of the most powerful forces to improve health, education and wealth for generations.
