Salvador is the Assistant Construction Superintendent for the Northern Virginia Team. He oversees and manages subcontractors, volunteers, and assists the Director of Construction with construction related tasks. He is passionate about helping and training as well as learning from others.

Salvador has prior work experience in the field of nonprofit, Government, and residential construction. He holds a BS in Criminology and Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing his MS in Management with a concentration in Business Value and Project Management to continue to grow the field of Project Management. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys playing and watching Soccer (Arsenal FC) when possible.
