The first few months of 2024 have been active and busy on our construction sites!
In Washington, D.C., we are putting the final touches on the 8 Skyland Terrace townhomes, which will be finished soon. We’ve been working on landscaping, installing appliances, doing final touchups, and preparing for the final inspection.

We have started two new projects this year as well! We have begun non-construction demolition on a townhome conversion project on Constitution Avenue that will turn into two condominiums.
We have started demolition and site preparations on the property for 17 townhomes on 55th Street. We are working through site and building permits, and once we receive them, we look forward to starting to build!
In Northern Virginia, we recently completed one renovation and are working on a second!

We have been working on a townhome on Morrisons Way in Fairfax County. We have completed system repairs and will start on exterior work, such as siding and installing new doors, windows, and roof.
We have exciting projects in our pipeline that we are working on pre-construction work, such as design, permitting, and receiving county approval. We look forward to sharing more with you soon!
