Explore Financing Options & Complete Mortgage Pre-Approval

Contact one of our preferred lenders or a mortgage lender of your choice to get pre-approved for a mortgage. Submit your pre-approval by February 22, 2024 to be considered.

The lender can help you learn more about your financing options, down payment, and grant assistance programs such as HPAP. This is an important first step of the process so that you will have the information you need to decide if a home at Skyland Terrace is a good option for you.
