Every Tuesday, our Habitat Young Professionals will be hosting a Trivia Night at Kingfisher. For every drink sold during trivia, 50 cents will go to Habitat DC-NOVA.

Habitat Young Professionals is a membership network of local professionals committed to the vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Thursday, February 12th, the young professionals of Habitat DC-NOVA and American Society of Civil Engineers are joining forces for our first HabiChat. They’ll be sharing their expertise on how engineering and infrastructure intersect with our mission of building sustainable, affordable housing. At 7 pm we will be joined with Victoria M. Come out and enjoy this scenic half & 5k in the heart of Georgetown near the Nation’s Capital.  Both events run on the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path, however the Half Marathon begins/ends in Georgetown near the Potomac Boat Club while the 5K begins/ends at Fletcher’s Boat House.

Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend this event.

SAVE THE DATE! This gathering will be a casual come-and-go block party to celebrate all your hard work and recognize the achievements of certain dedicated volunteers. We will share awards, play yard games, and enjoy some yummy food and drinks. Hope to see you there!
