Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia (Habitat DC-NOVA) is establishing a Homeowner Leadership Council. Our overall goal is to create a council that improves Habitat DC-NOVA’s provision of housing programs across our service area, while also being a space for community building amongst homeowners.

We are hosting a series of focus groups to help shape the council. We invite all Habitat DC-NOVA homeowners to join us at either an in-person or virtual meeting to share your thoughts on important issues and council format.

Two virtual sessions will be available on July 15th and July 17th at 6 pm. RSVP here.

Come out and enjoy a Friday night summer run that starts & ends near Port City Brewing! Enjoy a fun summer activity and make a difference too, with a part of the proceeds going to Habitat DC-NOVA and our affordable housing programs! The 5k race will begin at 6:45 pm and the 10k will begin at 7 pm.

The monthly happy hour series returns to Punch Bowl Social in Arlington! Join us for a range of fun activities, including arcade games. We’ve reserved a table under Habitat/HYP starting at 6 pm — stop by early and take advantage of half off games until 6:30 pm!

Come check out items from all 3 of our ReStores at the DC Big Flea Antique Event on Saturday, July 26th from 9-6 and Sunday, July 27th from 11-5!

The event will be held at the Dulles Expo Center, and tickets are $10. Get your tickets now for admission on both days!
