Join our Online Homebuyer Information Session from 6:00–7:00 PM to learn about Habitat’s homeownership program, eligibility requirements, the application process, and upcoming housing opportunities. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the path to affordable homeownership.

HYP Board meeting (Virtual) at 6:30 pm. Anyone who is interested in learning more about board involvement or HYP in general is welcome to join.  Email Rachel Jones at rachel.jones@habitatdcnova.org if you would like to join. The HYP Board is a great way to connect with others committed to affordable housing to plan advocacy, volunteer, and social events for the HYP network. Join us!

First-Time Homebuyer 101 Topic:

Join us at Mission in Dupoint Circle for a free information session for individuals interested in the homebuying process, need-to-knows, tips to access affordable housing opportunities, and more. The session is lead by Atlantic Union Bank in partnership with Habitat DCNOVA’s Young Professionals group. Following the event there will be open networking and the option to purchase food and drinks.

It is time to celebrate all the time and hard work that you have contributed as a volunteer at our Chantilly ReStore! We want to say thank you for your commitment toward our ReStore and the mission of Habitat DC-NOVA. Thanks to you our stores are better prepared to receive donations and raise money to provide safe, affordable housing for local families. Join us for a lunch and raffle as a sign of our appreciation.

Join us at the Interfaith Dialogue Kickoff event in Lyon Park Community Center. At this event, we will welcome Rev. Terrance Gattis, Habitat International’s Global Chaplain, to speak to the history of Habitat joining with faith communities to build affordable housing. Then, led by the Interfaith Council of Metropolitan Washington (IFC), we will explore our different faith beliefs and how they encourage us to get involved with affordable housing issues in our area. Dinner included. Join us!
